Partnerships & Affiliate Specialist
team.blue
Job description
About the role
team.blue is an ecosystem of 60+ brands serving 3.3 million SMB customers across 22 European countries, offering hosting, SaaS and marketing tools. As part of its Marketing Centre of Excellence, the Partnerships & Affiliate Specialist owns Webnode's partner ecosystem as a distinct acquisition and revenue channel, working closely with Paid Media, SEO, Lifecycle Marketing, CRO and Analytics specialists. The role covers affiliate programme management, partner recruitment, commission structuring, fraud prevention and attribution quality, and contributes partnership best practices across the wider group.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the affiliate programme end-to-end: recruitment, onboarding, activation, performance optimisation and tiering of strategic, growth and long-tail partners
- Build hybrid commercial models combining CPA structures with fixed-fee arrangements for premium partners, and own payment processing and partner ticket requests
- Maintain fraud detection controls, audit partner-reported conversions against organic baselines, flag problematic partners and support migration to a new platform
- Recruit and manage agencies, freelancers and resellers, and source, negotiate and stand up strategic, co-marketing and distribution partnerships
- Manage technology and integration partners, and identify, pitch and close new channel opportunities
- Plan and activate campaigns around seasonal moments and product launches, test commission structures and creatives, and build reusable playbooks
- Work with Paid Media and SEO so partner activity drives incremental acquisition, not cannibalisation
- Track incremental cost of acquisition, partner quality, campaign results and partner-sourced revenue, and support budget decisions with performance evidence
Required profile
- Proven, hands-on experience running an affiliate programme, including tiering, commission structuring and attribution quality (essential)
- Experience with professional affiliate platforms, with deep familiarity with at least one major network (Awin, Impact, TradeTracker, TradeDoubler)
- Analytical mindset: able to model partner economics, run incrementality analysis and report cleanly
- A self-starter who builds from a blank page
- Fluent English (mandatory); other EU languages are a plus
- Experience in tech, SaaS or e-commerce is a plus
- Right to work in the country of application; relocation and visa sponsorship are not supported
