Website Implementation Specialist

About the role

Thryv is looking for a Website Implementation Specialist to deliver high-quality, brand-accurate websites and logos for clients. The role combines detail-oriented account management with strong client-facing communication, keeping digital branding consistent through every stage of the website and logo build. It is a work-from-anywhere position.

Key responsibilities

• Review client intake documentation and research the client's business, industry and competitors to gather accurate information before development.
• Partner with Sales and Client Success teams in phone and video consultations, collect detailed requirements and make real-time modifications that match the client's brand.
• Generate website content using client information, applying copywriting best practices and SEO principles, and work with the Client Success Manager and design team.
• Audit website and logo builds for accuracy, completeness and brand compliance, run acceptance reviews and verify that outstanding issues are resolved.
• Manage multiple client accounts at once, keeping daily tasks, fulfillment and phone queues organised and flagging at-risk timelines.
• Act as a point of contact for sales and Client Success, giving status updates, escalating complex issues with documentation and keeping accounts running smoothly.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Ability to use production and phone systems to manage several accounts at once, with strong written and verbal communication and professional, service-oriented presence.
• Strong time and account management skills, able to multitask across a high-volume queue and meet competing deadlines.

Required skills

• Foundational knowledge of internet components: logos, copywriting, web hosting and domain names.
• Knowledge of copywriting, SEO and website design best practices, with the ability to check deliverables against quality standards.
• Ability to research and synthesise business and industry information.
