About the role

We are looking for a motivated Paralegal to support our legal team in the management of intellectual property matters, legal documentation, client communications, and administrative processes. This position offers a unique chance to gain hands‑on experience in a high‑level legal environment while working closely with experienced attorneys.

Key responsibilities

Support the legal team in managing intellectual property cases and related tasks.
Prepare, review, and maintain legal documentation.
Handle client communications and correspondence in both English and Spanish.
Assist with administrative processes to ensure efficient delivery of legal services.

Required profile

Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Mid‑career law student.
Strong customer service orientation.
