About the role
We are looking for a motivated Paralegal to support our legal team in the management of intellectual property matters, legal documentation, client communications, and administrative processes. This position offers a unique chance to gain hands‑on experience in a high‑level legal environment while working closely with experienced attorneys.
Key responsibilities
- Support the legal team in managing intellectual property cases and related tasks.
- Prepare, review, and maintain legal documentation.
- Handle client communications and correspondence in both English and Spanish.
- Assist with administrative processes to ensure efficient delivery of legal services.
Required profile
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Mid‑career law student.
- Strong customer service orientation.
