About the role
The Operator ensures production plans are met and the line runs efficiently while complying with internal work instructions, safety rules and regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and supervise front‑end manufacturing processes such as wafer, component or semi‑product preparation.
- Process components or products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Perform basic machine setup and CNC/SPS programming when required.
- Collaborate with maintenance technicians or external service providers on repair issues.
Required profile
- Follows work rules and EHS regulations, reporting any failures to supervisors.
- Executes tasks as instructed and contributes to unit budgeting and resource allocation.
