About the role
The Monitoring Operator is responsible for overseeing electronic security systems across branches and locations, detecting any non‑conformities, and ensuring that all devices operate according to established protocols, procedures, and policies.
Key responsibilities
- Continuously monitor electronic security systems in multiple sites.
- Identify and document non‑conformities or irregularities.
- Verify that security devices function correctly and comply with company standards.
- Generate and submit detailed incident and compliance reports.
- Collaborate with security teams to resolve identified issues promptly.
Required profile
- Secondary education or high school diploma.
- At least two years of experience in a similar monitoring or security role.
Required skills
- Operation of a monitoring center.
- Physical security knowledge.
- Report writing proficiency.
- Effective communication abilities.
