About the role
The Access Control Officer is responsible for safeguarding the premises, assets, customers and employees by maintaining vigilant security measures and ensuring a safe environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor entry and exit points to control access to the facility.
- Conduct regular patrols and surveillance of the premises.
- Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
- Provide assistance and guidance to visitors and staff.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports of security activities.
Required profile
- High school diploma (Bachiller) or equivalent.
- Minimum two years of experience in security or related fields.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Immediate availability to start.
Required skills
- Experience in security operations.
- Ability to handle client interactions.
What we offer
- Full-time schedule: Monday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm, Saturday 8 am‑12 pm.
