CCTV Agent – Night Shift (On-site)

About the role

We are looking for reliable, tech‑savvy CCTV Agents to join our 24/7 surveillance team in Santo Domingo. You will monitor live camera feeds for private and commercial properties, keep constant communication with U.S. clients, and act quickly on any suspicious activity.

Key responsibilities

• Watch live video surveillance feeds and identify any unusual behavior.
• Maintain continuous phone or messaging contact with U.S.-based clients.
• Issue real‑time verbal warnings or trigger emergency escalation protocols when needed.
• Document and log all notable events accurately during the shift.
• Operate multiple digital devices, including tablets and surveillance software.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Comfortable working under pressure with strong judgment.
• Availability for the fixed night‑shift (4 PM – 12 AM) on‑site.
• Experience in security, call‑center, or remote monitoring is a strong plus.
