About the role

This position is a virtual Customer Service Officer responsible for handling direct messages and comments across multiple social media platforms and the company website. The role focuses on attracting potential customers, resolving public complaints, and supporting the sales process through digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to direct messages on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, and the website.
• Identify and capture potential customers through social media interactions.
• Manage public complaints in comments, turning them into resolved cases for product improvement.
• Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, prices, and promotions.
• Process quotation requests, financing inquiries, and follow‑up on leads.
• Monitor all assigned platforms continuously, detecting and handling negative comments according to established protocols.
• Take orders, identify customer needs, and guide appropriate sales.
• Send payment confirmations to the manager and verify correct processing.

Required profile

• Ability to work remotely and maintain constant monitoring of messages.
