About the role

We are seeking a Legal and Regulatory Compliance Officer to ensure the company complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. The role involves monitoring legal requirements, supporting audits, and collaborating with finance, HR, and commercial teams to manage compliance risks.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that the organization complies with relevant laws, regulations, and statutory provisions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date legal requirement matrices and monitor changes.
• Follow up on inspections and requests from regulatory authorities.
• Identify fiscal and tax risks and coordinate compliance with Finance/Accounting.
• Detect potential criminal liability risks and implement preventive controls.
• Review contracts, commercial operations, and relationships to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assess risks in dealings with clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Monitor labor law compliance in partnership with Human Resources.
• Supervise corporate policies, internal controls, and statutory obligations across business units.

Required profile

• Degree in Law, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, legal compliance or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of fiscal, labor, commercial and corporate regulations.
• Experience managing legal requirement matrices and internal control frameworks.
• Background in audits and handling regulatory requests.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Fluent verbal and written English.
