About the role
We are looking for an experienced construction lawyer to join our legal team. The professional will provide legal support for construction projects, ensuring compliance and managing risks.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate construction contracts and related agreements.
- Manage legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance for construction projects.
- Handle dispute resolution, arbitration and litigation matters arising from construction activities.
- Advise internal teams on legal aspects of engineering, infrastructure and real‑estate development.
Required profile
- Law degree (Licenciatura en Derecho).
- More than 5 years of experience in legal roles within the construction, engineering, infrastructure or real‑estate sectors.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and administration.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and communication abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
