About the role

The Senior Claims Advocate will work with internal and external business partners to ensure clients receive assistance, guidance, and advocacy throughout the lifecycle of their claims. This full‑time hybrid position requires an experienced professional to manage medium and complex commercial lines claims independently.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze loss situations and develop strategic solutions for clients.
• Provide initial and ongoing advocacy on claims, including detailed policy analysis, interpretation, consultation, and negotiation of coverage.
• Negotiate settlements and dispositions of claims, reviewing adjuster determinations for policy compliance.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers, external legal counsel, and clients to manage claims across all commercial insurance coverages.

Required profile

• 5+ years of claims management experience, including litigation management and first‑party litigation.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent English communication skills.
