The User Service Officer will be responsible for handling client requests and inquiries, ensuring that service standards and company objectives are met. This entry‑level position focuses on delivering high‑quality support while adhering to established policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Attend to customer requirements and requests promptly and professionally.
- Follow company norms, policies, and procedures in all interactions.
- Document and track service tickets to ensure resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues.
Required profile
- Student or recent graduate in Marketing or related fields.
- Previous experience in customer service or client support.
- Positive attitude and strong service vocation.
- Immediate availability to start.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
