Night Manager

About the role

The Night Manager is responsible for overseeing overall hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and compliance with service and safety standards at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Dominican Republic.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations throughout the night, coordinating with all departments to ensure smooth overnight service.
• Handle guest requests, incidents, and special situations, providing timely resolutions.
• Manage emergency situations and make operational decisions according to established procedures.
• Prepare and communicate reports on overnight activities and incidents.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Night Manager, Duty Manager, Front Office Manager, or similar role in luxury hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency and ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Knowledge of hotel management systems (preferred).
