Night Manager

About the role

The Night Manager is responsible for overseeing all hotel operations during the overnight shift at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Dominican Republic, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to safety and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations during the night shift.
• Ensure compliance with service, safety, and guest experience standards.
• Handle and follow up on guest requests, incidents, and special situations.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth overnight operations.
• Support the Front Office team and other operational areas as needed.
• Manage emergency situations and make operational decisions according to established procedures.
• Prepare and communicate relevant reports regarding overnight activities and incidents.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Night Manager, Duty Manager, Front Office Manager, or in a similar role.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or resort environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to make decisions and handle sensitive situations professionally.
• Strong guest service orientation.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems preferred.
