About the role
Join STERIS Applied Sterilization Technologies as a Material Handler I, contributing to the safe processing of customer products in a regulated environment.
Key responsibilities
- Safely process customer products following FDA, ISO, and GMP guidelines.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move products through the sterilization process.
- Load and unload products manually or with automated equipment into validated sterilization lines.
- Place and retrieve monitoring devices to ensure proper sterilization levels.
- Follow health and safety protocols, including PPE use and annual certification.
Required profile
- Dependable and punctual.
- Team‑player with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work seated or standing, using hands.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
Required skills
- Forklift operation.
- Pallet jack operation.
- Basic computer and math skills.
