Buyer III – Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Buyer III at Integer Holdings manages the procurement process to acquire goods and services efficiently and cost‑effectively, supporting strategic supply‑chain initiatives and contributing to the company’s bottom line.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, select and apply purchasing techniques, place, cancel or reschedule purchase orders, and manage supplier quotes.
• Analyze demand, design changes and supplier‑driven changes to ensure appropriate supply to production.
• Forecast and manage inventory levels, optimize raw‑material availability and working‑capital strategies.
• Report on supplier performance, initiate corrective actions, and support cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with Quality, Finance and ERP teams to resolve issues, load new suppliers and update supplier data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field (or 5+ years relevant experience).
• Proven track record in supplier relationship management, cost savings and process improvement.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross‑functional teams or projects.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and a calm demeanor in a fast‑changing environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP procurement systems.
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Knowledge of Supplier Quality Management processes.
