Machine Learning Operations Engineer (AI/ML) - Remote

About the role

FullStack is an AI-native engineering partner that connects software professionals with U.S. clients for flexible, project-based development work. As a Machine Learning Operations Engineer (AI/ML) in its talent network, you join a client's team and work daily alongside their designers and engineers. The position is remote and open to candidates in Latin America.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional software development experience with Machine Learning and MLOps practices.
• Advanced English and a completed four-year college degree.
• Experience deploying ML and AI models to production via APIs or endpoints, and implementing MLOps practices such as model tracking, versioning, monitoring and lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs or generative AI concepts and integrations.
• Proven Python programming skills for ML development, automation and production applications.
• Agile/Scrum experience, experience with large complex systems, and the ability to take ownership of your work.
• Currently authorized to work in the country of the posting on a full-time basis; FullStack does not sponsor work visas.

Required skills

• Containerization, cloud platforms and CI/CD workflows.
• Nice to have: MLflow, Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, BigQuery, Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, LangChain or LangGraph.
