About the role

The Technology Services Support position is responsible for assisting users with technology service requests in the Northern Zone, specifically in La Vega. The role ensures that IT systems and infrastructure operate efficiently, contributing to user satisfaction and business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide assistance and guidance to users for their technology requests.
• Supply necessary tools and resources to end‑users.
• Monitor performance and health of infrastructure and systems across assigned locations.
• Configure and adjust infrastructure and system settings as needed.
• Diagnose, resolve, and document incidents affecting infrastructure and services.
• Perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
• Record all changes to infrastructure components and configuration items.

Required profile

• Final‑year student in Systems Engineering or Computer Technician program.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar IT support role.
• Residence in La Vega or nearby areas.
• Willingness to travel within the Northern Zone of the country.

Required skills

• Knowledge of network and infrastructure concepts.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Exchange.
• Intermediate proficiency with Windows operating systems.
