DevOps Engineer (Data Services & Linux) – Remote

About the role

FullStack is looking for a DevOps Engineer specialized in data services and Linux to join client teams on a remote basis across Latin America. You will work closely with designers and engineers, contributing to the delivery of AI‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain Linux servers, apply patches, integrate with Active Directory, and manage security and backups.
• Administer and troubleshoot databases such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Develop and support build pipelines using Docker, GitLab CI, Artifactory, and Git.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Puppet or Chef.
• Monitor systems and log data using Splunk or Dynatrace, and document processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional DevOps experience.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year degree.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams on large, complex systems.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.

Required skills

• Linux system administration, Active Directory, security, backups.
• Database administration: MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL.
• Scripting: Python, Bash.
• Build tools: Java, Maven, Gradle, Spring, NodeJS.
• IaC & configuration: Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Puppet, Chef.
