Logistics Specialist I

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist I to join our supply chain team. In this entry‑level position you will support the efficient movement of goods, ensuring that shipping and receiving processes run smoothly while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities, preparing documentation and tracking shipments.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and warehouse staff to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of goods movement and update logistics systems.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving discrepancies.

Required profile

• Secondary school education or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.
• Good command of English and Czech.
• Ability to work collaboratively and handle customer relationships.

Required skills

• Familiarity with logistics documentation and tracking tools.
• Basic understanding of inventory management concepts.
