About the role

The Material Handler 1 supports the packaging lines by ensuring timely supply of materials and consumables, maintaining inventory accuracy, and upholding GMP standards in a medical‑technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supply materials and consumables to Multivac packaging lines on schedule.
• Perform inventory movements and record transactions in the designated system, guaranteeing inventory accuracy.
• Verify that supplied materials match part numbers, lot numbers, and quantities required by production orders.
• Keep work‑stations stocked to prevent production interruptions.
• Remove and manage excess, rejected, or expired materials according to established procedures.
• Assist with cyclical counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure traceability and documentation compliance for medical products.
• Maintain storage areas and workstations organized following 5S and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Warehouse teams to meet material needs and production priorities.
• Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory procedures applicable to the company.
