About the role

We are looking for an analytical, organized and results‑driven professional to lead the preparation of quotations, budgets, tenders and proposals for national and international events and special projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and validate detailed budgets for events, both domestic and abroad.
• Analyze client requirements and tender documents.
• Coordinate the preparation and delivery of proposals.
• Request, compare and negotiate quotations with suppliers.
• Prepare cost matrices and financial offers for tenders.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date cost database for hotels, audiovisual, staging, food & beverage, and transportation.
• Design templates, tools and process improvements to optimise quotation workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in budgeting, events, tenders or supplier management.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with budgeting tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and leadership abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple proposals simultaneously.
• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Accounting, Tourism, Hospitality, Event Management or related fields.
