About the role

We are looking for a leader to oversee and manage the integrated management systems for quality, safety, occupational health and environment. The role ensures compliance with internal policies, legal regulations and industry standards while driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the integrated quality, safety, occupational health and environmental management systems.
• Design, implement and monitor annual programs for safety, occupational health and environment, aligning them with corporate objectives and current legislation.
• Plan and coordinate internal, external and supplier audits, and follow up on findings and improvement opportunities.
• Supervise and develop the assigned team, fostering adherence to standards and a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in supervisory or coordination roles, with prior team‑leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and audit processes.
