About the role
The Operator ensures production plans are met and the line runs efficiently while complying with internal instructions, safety rules and regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with production plans, internal work instructions and EHS regulations.
- Plan or contribute to the unit's budget, allocate resources and control manufacturing costs.
- Execute front‑end manufacturing processes such as wafer, component or semi‑product preparation and monitor hand‑stock.
- Process components or semi‑products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Perform basic machine setup and CNC/SPS programming when required.
- Cooperate with maintenance technicians or external service providers on repair issues.
Required profile
- Executes tasks as ordered and reports any failure or dysfunction to supervisors.
- Obeys all work rules and EHS regulations applicable to the assigned tasks.
Required skills
- Basic machine‑related setup.
- CNC programming.
- SPS programming.
