Junior Procurement Analyst – Remote

About the role

As a Junior Procurement Analyst at BairesDev, you will support the procurement team in managing supplier relationships and purchase processes. Working remotely, you will collaborate with experienced professionals to ensure efficient supply‑chain operations while developing your analytical and negotiation skills.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in processing purchase orders and maintaining accurate records.
• Help maintain and strengthen relationships with suppliers, including basic negotiations.
• Support data analysis for procurement spend and generate expense reports.
• Assist in inventory tracking and management.
• Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill purchasing needs.
• Learn and apply best practices in procurement and purchasing processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of procurement principles and supply‑chain management.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement tools.
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
