Italian Restaurant Chef

About the role

Lead the culinary operation of the Italian restaurant at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Dominican Republic, delivering authentic, high‑quality Italian dining experiences in line with luxury hotel standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality, presentation, flavor, and consistency of every dish.
• Supervise, coach, and develop the culinary team while maintaining high performance standards.
• Manage inventory, food costs, waste, and efficient product utilization.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and food handling standards.
• Support menu development and updates while preserving Italian authenticity.
• Coordinate with the Food & Beverage team for a smooth dining experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Italian Restaurant Chef, Senior Sous Chef, or similar role.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, resorts, or high‑end restaurants.
• Proven ability to lead and develop culinary teams.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency preferred.
