Institutional Cross-Border Payments Sales Executive
SendSure.us · Saint Domingue
Job description
About the role
SendSure is a technology company building a settlement and financial tool that sits beneath a bank's existing architecture, reducing friction in cross-border settlement. It is opening a pilot program on the U.S.-Dominican Republic corridor for banks, payment providers, fintechs and commercial organizations, funded by each participating institution. The Institutional Cross-Border Payments Sales Executive originates and qualifies opportunities with these clients and advances them from an introductory meeting to a demonstration and a pilot. The position is full-time and on-site in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
Key responsibilities
- Source and qualify institutional opportunities, identify the budget owner and decision process, and qualify transaction volume.
- Navigate procurement, technical, legal, risk and compliance review with the technology and compliance teams.
- Maintain a documented pipeline and report weekly against a revenue-conversion scorecard.
- Coordinate demonstrations, prepare proposals and work with product, operations and compliance so client needs match the platform's capabilities.
- Support pilot engagements, gather client feedback and track market trends in cross-border payments.
- Work with marketing and appointment-setting partners, keeping outreach within approved messaging and using only approved claims.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years in transaction banking, correspondent banking, remittances, international payments, treasury services or payment infrastructure.
- A record of personally originating and advancing institutional deals, not just supporting a sales team.
- Verifiable relationships with bank and payments decision-makers, built without using former employer confidential information.
- Business-level fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
- Organization and self-management, with a documented pipeline and scorecard discipline; integrity and discretion.
Required skills
- Understanding of cross-border payment flows, FX, settlement and the regulatory and compliance considerations in U.S.-Caribbean and Latin American corridors.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to senior decision-makers.
What we offer
- Total target compensation of US$70,000-90,000 per year (US$5,833-7,500 per month), combining base salary and performance-based pay tied to signed pilots; the split is set by experience and agreed in writing.
- Local and regional travel.
Applications are accepted through LinkedIn only. A job-related background and reference check, with your written consent, will be required.
