Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner supports site leaders by delivering people‑related solutions that enable strategy, shape behaviours, and drive results. This role partners with leaders to ensure effective hiring, retention, development, and talent maximisation across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide organisational development, performance and talent management support to leaders and associates.
• Guide leaders on compliance with HR laws and regulations, reducing corporate risk.
• Conduct fair investigations into claims or disputes and prepare documentation for hearings.
• Apply employee‑relations expertise to resolve issues, negotiate outcomes, and document exchanges.
• Administer HR functions such as payroll, leave management, policy creation and execution.
• Supply people data and analytics to facilitate leadership decision‑making.
• Assist with onboarding, training sessions and follow‑up to ensure smooth new‑hire transitions.
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper associate records and HR system updates.
• Support development and implementation of HR policies and cultural initiatives.
• Lead change‑management efforts to prepare the organisation for transformation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of directly related HR experience.
• Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong critical‑thinking, analytical, organisational and attention‑to‑detail abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms.
