Human Resources Business Partner (DR)

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner supports site leaders by delivering people‑related solutions that enable strategy, shape behaviours, and drive results. The role focuses on organizational development, talent management, and employee relations to ensure a high‑performing workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR expertise in organizational development, performance, talent management, leadership development, coaching and advising.
• Guide leaders on compliance with HR laws and regulations, reducing company risk.
• Conduct fair investigations of claims or disputes, prepare documentation, and represent the company in hearings.
• Manage employee‑relations issues, negotiate solutions, and maintain accurate written records.
• Administer HR processes such as pay, leave management, policy creation, and execution.
• Supply people data to leaders for informed decision‑making.
• Assist with onboarding, training sessions, and follow‑up for new hires.
• Ensure timely processing of associate data, contracts, payroll updates, and HR system changes.
• Support development and implementation of HR policies and maintain accurate employee files.
• Organize associate appreciation events within approved budgets.
• Apply change‑management expertise to prepare the organization for transitions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of directly related HR experience.
• Thorough knowledge of employment‑related laws and regulations.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong critical‑thinking, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• High attention to detail and proficiency in computer applications.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS platforms.
