HR Services Compensation Analyst

About the role

The HR Services Compensation Analyst will support the analysis and administration of compensation programs for Eaton’s Caribbean operations. Working closely with the HR Services and Compensation Center of Excellence, the role ensures internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with regional policies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare analysis, reports, audits and checks related to compensation processes, including salary ranges, market matching, promotions, premium calculations and retroactive adjustments.
• Support market surveys by analyzing data, matching jobs and providing timely regional insights.
• Administer the job description database for hourly and salaried positions in accordance with Eaton policies.
• Prepare compensation offers (PACT) and execute pay actions for internal and external candidates.
• Document pay changes for payroll, finance and audit requirements.
• Assist with regional range updates, annual merit cycles, profit‑plan analysis and strategic meetings.
• Investigate compensation cases, report issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct internal audits of HR systems (HRMS, Case Management, HOP) to ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate progressive promotion and skill‑progression compensation programs.
• Manage car allowance and toll‑car recharge processes in the Dominican Republic.
• Lead compensation case inquiries, ensuring service level agreements and quality standards.
• Participate in HR services projects, training new HR colleagues and managers on policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Experience in compensation analysis and administration, preferably within a multi‑country environment.
• Strong analytical abilities with a focus on data accuracy and equity.
• Familiarity with HR processes, market surveys and audit procedures.
• Ability to prepare clear reports and support strategic compensation initiatives.
