HR Analyst – Employee Documentation & Compliance

About the role

We are seeking a motivated HR Analyst to join our team in Santo Domingo. The role focuses on maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with Dominican labor regulations, and supporting various HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and issue employment contracts for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee files and HR system records.
• Process personnel actions, functional changes, resignations, and terminations.
• Submit required documentation to the Ministry of Labor for terminations, absences, and related matters.
• Guide employees through health insurance enrollment and manage related paperwork.
• Record medical leave and report sickness/maternity benefits via the SISALRIL system.
• Assist with other HR activities as needed.

Required profile

• Senior‑year university student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in an HR support role.
• Familiarity with Dominican Labor Code, Social Security Law, Occupational Health and Safety regulations, and IDOPPRIL.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Experience using HR information systems.
