About the role

The Recruitment and Selection Analyst is responsible for managing end‑to‑end hiring processes, ensuring that qualified candidates are identified, evaluated, and hired within established timelines. The role requires close collaboration with department leaders to maintain an organized, results‑driven recruitment workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and validate job profiles together with leaders and managers.
• Publish vacancies on job boards, digital platforms, social networks, and other sourcing channels.
• Design attraction strategies for operational, administrative, and managerial positions.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephone, virtual, and face‑to‑face interviews.
• Administer and coordinate psychometric, technical, and competency‑based assessments.
• Identify suitable candidates and present finalists to hiring leaders.
• Manage reference checks and required validations.
• Coordinate pre‑employment documentation, exams, and related hiring steps.
• Track candidates through all stages until onboarding.
• Communicate vacancy status to leaders and support hiring decisions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date candidate and process information in relevant platforms.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, time‑to‑fill, and source effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum two years of experience in full‑cycle recruitment and selection.
• Proficiency in competency‑based interviewing and psychometric testing.
• Strong oral and written communication, organization, and result orientation.
• Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with recruitment platforms and CRM systems.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of psychometric assessment tools.
