Hotel Representative – Local Residents

About the role

Join TUI’s dynamic hospitality team in the Dominican Republic as a Hotel Representative. You will create memorable experiences for international guests, guide them through our product portfolio and help drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Promote and sell TUI experiences, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Handle challenging situations calmly and maintain high service standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues, suppliers and partners across different locations.
• Track sales performance, gather guest feedback and report on service quality.

Required profile

• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Quick learner, comfortable with new technology and tools.
• Target‑driven, positive mindset and able to work under pressure.
• Clear communicator both face‑to‑face and online.
• Valid driving licence and fully conversational in English.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary of 346,100 DOP gross per year.
• Commission potential from $200 USD to $700 USD per month, unlimited upside.
