Concierge – Guest Services Specialist

About the role

RelaxInn is looking for a dedicated Concierge to join its on‑site team in Punta Cana. You will be the first point of contact for guests, providing personalized assistance and ensuring a memorable stay in our luxury vacation homes.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and deliver property and local area information.
• Handle reservations for restaurants, transportation, tours and activities.
• Coordinate special requests and support check‑in/check‑out processes with reception.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Punta Cana attractions, services and transportation options.
• Communicate clearly with guests and internal teams, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience in concierge services, reservations and front‑desk duties.
• Fluency in Spanish and solid proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with Punta Cana’s local attractions and transportation.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Own a car.
