About the role

The Senior Recruitment Manager will oversee end‑to‑end talent acquisition for multiple business formats, distribution centers, and production sites. The role ensures continuous operations by attracting and selecting candidates who match the required profiles.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment and selection cycle at an operational level, guaranteeing talent integration and operational continuity.
• Expand and optimize recruitment sources to maintain a robust pool of eligible candidates.
• Establish partnerships with academic and governmental institutions to promote vacancies and attract qualified applicants.
• Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies that improve efficiency and align with market best practices.
• Supervise team performance to meet defined timelines and metrics.
• Monitor and report on key HR management indicators.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Clinical Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Recruitment & Selection.
• Knowledge of competency‑based interviewing, HR metrics management, and modern recruitment technologies.
