About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven SME Manager to lead the growth, development and retention of our small‑and‑medium enterprise (SME) client portfolio in Santo Domingo. The role focuses on delivering high‑value financial solutions while ensuring credit risk is properly assessed and regulatory standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Advise SME clients on their financial needs and propose comprehensive solutions that support their growth.
• Manage a portfolio of existing and prospective clients through strategic visits, commercial follow‑up and loyalty actions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client profiles in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor commercial and risk indicators, promptly address early signs of delinquency, collections and overdrafts.
• Participate in high‑value client events and collaborate with Risk, Product and Channel teams to implement the SME segment strategy.

Required profile

• Residence in Santo Domingo.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of commercial experience within the banking or financial sector serving SME customers.

• Strong commercial orientation and service mindset.
• Ability to evaluate credit risk and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
