About the role

The company is seeking a National Sales Manager to lead the commercialization of chemical products across industrial and mass‑consumer channels throughout the country. This senior position requires strategic oversight of sales operations and extensive travel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute national sales strategies for chemical products.
• Manage and grow relationships with industrial and mass‑market customers.
• Achieve sales and collection targets across all regions.
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
• Report performance metrics and provide forecasts to senior management.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading national sales teams in the chemical or mass‑consumer sector.
• Own vehicle for the first six months and willingness to travel nationwide.
