About the role

As a Business Tax Manager you will lead the delivery of tax services for a portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted strategic advisor on their most important business challenges and opportunities. You will play a key role in guiding teams, supervising projects and shaping approaches that guarantee high‑quality service and an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead tax service delivery for a client portfolio, building long‑term relationships.
• Provide strategic tax advice and identify business opportunities.
• Direct and mentor tax teams, overseeing project execution.
• Define methodologies to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
• Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships.
• Contribute to practice growth by developing talent and fostering a collaborative culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting or Certified Public Accountant.
• 7–10 years of experience in corporate tax, including tax calculations, law interpretation and team supervision.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
