About the role

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented professional to join our Human Resources team. The role supports core HR processes and helps maintain efficient, orderly talent management aligned with Dominican labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in recruitment and selection, from posting vacancies to conducting interviews and reference checks.
• Support payroll processing and related updates, including overtime, vacations and incentives.
• Manage onboarding, employee files, contracts and documentation.
• Track attendance, punctuality, vacations, leaves and personnel movements.
• Handle procedures with TSS, SISALRIL, IDOPRIL and the Ministry of Labor as required.
• Follow up on medical leaves, labor forms and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate logistics and monitoring of the Annual Training Plan.
• Assist with probationary period evaluations together with supervisors.
• Support administration of benefits and personnel resources such as uniforms, fuel and fleet.
• Prepare labor certifications and respond to personnel administration requests.
• Keep employee information and branch data up‑to‑date and well organized.

Required profile

• Degree or final‑year student in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in similar HR positions.
• Comprehensive experience across major HR subsystems.
• Knowledge of Dominican labor legislation.
• Strong organizational, follow‑up and detail‑orientation abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple processes simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OVI system.
• Experience using TSS platform.
• Familiarity with SISALRIL.
• Experience with IDOPRIL.
