Front Office Director

About the role

The Front Office Director will lead all Front Office operations at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Dominican Republic, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from arrival through departure. This senior position requires overseeing a high‑end, luxury environment and coordinating closely with multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily Front Office operations, guaranteeing seamless and personalized guest experiences.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Concierge, Guest Relations and other departments to ensure integrated operations.
• Manage special requests, sensitive situations and service recovery opportunities.
• Support planning for occupancy, VIP arrivals, groups and special guest requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Front Office Director, Front Office Manager, Rooms Division Manager or similar senior role.
• Strong background in luxury hospitality or high‑end resort environments.
• Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of hotel management systems and Front Office operations.
• Advanced English proficiency.
