Finance Accounting Manager – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations on a fully remote basis. This permanent, full‑time position offers the opportunity to shape budgeting, forecasting, and payroll processes while collaborating with stakeholders across time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and oversee comprehensive financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and payroll workflows.
• Prepare, analyze, and present accurate monthly financial reports and statements to key stakeholders.
• Manage cash flow, reconcile accounts, and ensure the organization’s financial health.
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls and compliance protocols.
• Drive financial strategy and optimize administrative financial processes for maximum efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven professional background as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or a similar senior financial role.
• Hands‑on experience with core finance tools and systems.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to submit an updated resume written in English.
