English-Spanish OPI/VRI Interpreter – Sign-On Bonus

About the role

We are looking for experienced English‑Spanish interpreters based in Latin America to join our remote team in a blended Over‑the‑Phone Interpretation (OPI) and Video Remote Interpretation (VRI) role starting in October 2026. The interpreter will facilitate clear and accurate communication between English‑ and Spanish‑speaking individuals across medical, social service, customer care, and financial settings.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate clear communication between English‑ and Spanish‑speaking parties using consecutive interpretation techniques.
• Maintain professionalism, impartiality, confidentiality and accuracy during all interpretation sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum six months of verifiable professional experience in remote OPI and/or VRI interpretation.
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1) and native‑level Spanish fluency.
• Ability to work independently in a quiet, professional environment with a reliable wired internet connection.

Required skills

• Stable wired Ethernet internet connection (no Wi‑Fi).
• Approved USB headset (e.g., Logitech H390, Jabra series, Microsoft LifeChat LX‑6000, Plantronics Blackwire C3220, Dell Plantronics, HP Stereo USB Headset G2).
• Computer with Intel Core i5 6th‑gen or newer processor.
• Webcam with 720p or 1080p resolution.
• Updated web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox).
