English Sales Account Executive (BSS)

About the role

This non‑exempt position reports to the Sales Conference Manager and focuses on contacting qualified clients to provide debt‑relief assistance. The role is centered on consulting and enrolling clients into National Debt Relief programs while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in and pass assessments provided during sales training seminars.
• Consult and enroll qualified clients into National Debt Relief’s programs or recommended options.
• Document client discussions clearly and concisely using Salesforce CRM.
• Complete IAPDA certification within the first year (company‑sponsored).
• Meet performance criteria set by the management team and adhere to company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• At least 2 years of experience in consulting, financial services, or a call‑center environment.
• Strong business acumen, professional presentation, and excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven sales experience with a record of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to adapt to a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM for client documentation.
• Ability to obtain IAPDA certification within the first year.
