About the role

The position is responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring high‑quality accounting and tax services, meeting deadlines, and maintaining client satisfaction while complying with current accounting and tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer a client portfolio and serve as the primary point of contact for operational requests.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients to address queries and requests.
• Guarantee adherence to accounting closing calendars, tax obligations and deliverable schedules.
• Prepare and review accounting records, bank reconciliations, payrolls and tax declarations.
• Develop, validate and present financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable fiscal regulations.
• Identify operational risks and propose continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Monitor performance indicators of the managed portfolio.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Preferably CPA certification or additional studies in taxation and IFRS.
• More than three years of experience in accounting.
• Proven ability to handle multiple client portfolios simultaneously.
• Experience in accounting firms, audit, or accounting outsourcing is desirable.
