About the role
The organization is seeking a dedicated professional to manage both physical and digital archives while ensuring compliance with internal controls and legal requirements. This position plays a crucial role in safeguarding confidential information and supporting audit processes.
Key responsibilities
- Organize and keep the physical and digital filing system up to date.
- Classify, digitize, and securely store records and documents.
- Track loaned files, manage returns, and maintain document traceability.
- Ensure confidential and secure handling of all information.
- Assist with internal controls and documentation‑related audits.
- Coordinate delivery and placement of files requested by the legal team.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to follow up on operational tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on strategic and confidential document management.
