Ejecutivo de Negocios – Gestión de Préstamos

About the role

The Business Executive is responsible for proactively managing loan portfolios and cultivating new client relationships. Based in Tamboril, Santiago, the role involves direct interaction with customers from loan application through to closure.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Build and nurture referral networks with vehicle dealers, body‑shop and paint shops, and other potential sources to generate new leads.
• Visit vehicle dealers to secure referral partners who can send clients.
• Negotiate loan terms and conditions with customers.
• Oversee the entire loan process, coordinating all parties involved from request to finalization.
• Prepare and manage all supporting documentation required for loan approval.
• Produce sales reports, plan itineraries and participate in promotional activities to meet sales targets.

Required profile

• University student or graduate in Marketing or a related field.
• Preferably some experience in the financial sector (not mandatory).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Own a vehicle (car or motorcycle) and be able to travel to Tamboril.
• Proactive, goal‑oriented, analytical and responsible.
