About the role

The Driver and Transporter Recruitment Executive is responsible for attracting, onboarding, and developing transport partners for our micro‑entrepreneur and subcontracted logistics model. The role ensures compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining a low turnover rate.

Key responsibilities

• Implement a nationwide marketing plan to recruit transporters and integrate them into the micro‑entrepreneur and subcontracted model.
• Handle all administrative procedures required for transporter affiliation, aligning with client and logistical needs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date digital and physical records of all transporters.
• Manage the distribution and inventory of uniforms and safety equipment.
• Coordinate integration, adaptation, training, and development programs for new transporters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, commercialisation, or personnel recruitment.
• Experience with sales or recruitment strategies for operator‑type positions.
• Knowledge of fleet administration processes.
• Own vehicle and availability to work Monday‑Friday 8:00‑17:00 and Saturdays 8:00‑12:00 in Distrito Nacional.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
