About the role

The Hiring Executive for Drivers and Transporters will lead the acquisition and onboarding of transport partners across the country, ensuring they meet the company’s standards and regulatory requirements. This role focuses on building a reliable network of micro‑entrepreneur and third‑party drivers while supporting their integration and development.

Key responsibilities

• Implement a nationwide marketing plan to attract drivers and transporters for affiliation to the micro‑entrepreneur and third‑party model, adhering to internal standards and regulations.
• Coordinate administrative procedures required for driver incorporation, aligning with client needs and logistics operations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date digital and physical records for all transport partners.
• Manage the distribution of uniforms and safety equipment, keeping inventory records current.
• Organize and lead integration, adaptation, training, and development programs to minimize turnover among transporters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, commercialisation, or personnel recruitment.
• Experience designing sales or recruitment strategies for operator positions.
• Familiarity with the driver affiliation process and fleet administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Own vehicle and availability to work Monday‑Friday 8:00‑17:00 and Saturdays 8:00‑12:00 in Distrito Nacional.
