About the role
Jabil seeks an Inventory Analyst III to ensure production areas are stocked with the correct materials, maintain accurate ERP records, and drive continuous improvement in inventory control.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accuracy of all material within assigned areas and ensure ERP levels reflect true inventory.
- Communicate across functional teams to prevent production disruptions due to material shortages.
- Analyze material issues affecting manufacturing and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate activities with other departments, work‑cell teams, and external vendors as needed.
- Protect Jabil’s inventory investment by upholding ERP integrity and providing timely responses to WIP issues.
Required profile
- University degree in Supply Chain, Materials Management or related field.
- Minimum two years of inventory analysis experience in PCB assembly manufacturing.
- Ability to work overtime, meet challenging deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Required skills
- Experience with ERP systems (preferred).
